This unique educational program pairs leadership strategies with skills development for the essential, practical, personal competencies required of women to excel at leadership positions, including:

DECREASING THE GENDER GAP
In addition to these core domains for success, the course covers diversity strategies for organizations to decrease the gap for women in healthcare leadership by:
- Recruiting women managers or executives;
- Developing the right support to advance and promote women once they are hired; and
- Implementing strategies and policies that include representation of women on key committees and reviewing the track record on diversity and inclusion in the organization.
OPTIMIZED FOR REMOTE EDUCATION
The 2023 program has been enhanced for distance learning. In addition to being live streamed, all sessions will be recorded and made available to participants of this course for online viewing for 90 days after the end of the course.
